About Hopkins Homes
Hopkins Homes is an established and well respected house builder based in East Anglia. Our head office is at Melton Park House near Woodbridge, on the site of the former St Audry’s Hospital, where we have created a new community of 200 new homes in a parkland setting. We are renowned for building new homes with character and individual style. We take an open-minded approach to each individual project and do not adhere strictly to standard house types. We are committed to working closely with local communities, local authorities, architects and designers to provide tailor-made solutions. This doesn’t always mean maximising density but involves creating the best environment for any particular setting, conserving its historical integrity.
Hopkins Charitable Fund
Building strong communities alongside much needed new homes has long been a priority for Hopkins Homes. As a result, in 2017 the Hopkins Charitable Fund was launched. Through this fund Hopkins Homes has committed to donating £500,000 over five years to charities and groups that contribute to the creation of supportive, cohesive communities across Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
